I think Eri looks the cuttest in situations involving Harima and she blushes. Yakumo is cute but her expressions are always the same and she never changes to anger or fear or anything. (only exception is when she confessed to Sarah about her feelings).
I mean even when she kissed with harima her expression didn't change much either.

Tough question, I suppose it would depend on your description of "cute". If we're speaking the traditional "cute", in which things that make you go buttery and grinny, I'd have to say Tenma, because her chibi-style antics and springing hairstyle all make me laugh.
But if "Cute" simply means attractive, I'd vote for Yakumo every time. She's just stunningly beautiful, and conveys so much without it being explained like the other characters.

Well okay If I really had to say, Id say that Friend of Yakumo, whatever was her name, I found her cute and hot at the same time (I think it was Sara or something)

For many people, Yakumo comes a close second to Eri. Not so much for me. To my surprise, I found that I even liked Tenma more than Yakumo. At least Tenma's more open and strongly expressive than her sister, even if it is to the point of annoyance. It's still Itoko for the win, followed closely by Eri for me, though strictly speaking, that would make Eri the "cutest" since Itoko's way beyond that stage.
