well on thursday i was trying to play soccer with my dog ( i kick the ball and we both fight over it ) but then i forgot there was a cement planter right there and i smashed my toes at full force. it hurt alot but now, saturday, it still hurts to move it or put pressure on it. just wondering, should i go to the doctor? 😕

if there is a weird sensation that hurts but feels a bit weird unlike normal pain something you can't really describe the feeling it might be fractured or broke but if it just hurts your probably fine since smashing your toes full force hurts like hell for a while

Is the pain still the same as on Thursday or has it gotten worse or better? Are your toes swollen at all? Any bleeding or brusing? Can you move your toes indivdually, if you can how much can you move them (compare with the other foot) and does it cause pain if you try move your toes?

If it still hurts like it did on Thursday then I suggest going to see the docotr. Likewise if there's a lot of swelling, evidence of bruising and a lot of pain when you try to flex your toes then it might be best to get it checked out. From what you described it's unlikely that's it's anything serious like a fracture, see how it is for a couple more days, if it gets worse or there's no improvement then go get it checked out.

You could also take some painkillers and see if it helps to relieve the pain.

please check up.

It's not like the doctor would sentence death penalties on you.. You'll just get proper treatment. And you'll feel relax, knowing nothin' harmful happen
If you left it just the way it is, and it doesn't get better
may be it will cause infection or it got more severe...

Me personally, I just leave my body to heal on it's own. I always find that doctors just end up giving me drugs for treatment, and I'd rather not take them. I avoid going to the doctors as much as possible. I don't like how some of them always end up finding some sort of problem when actually, you're fine and you're taking all these drugs with side effects when you don't actually need them.

But if it's still hurting pretty badly you might as well go get it checked out, because if it's been a while and nothings improving, I agree that's the time that a visit to the doctor is in order.

Broken toes are usually fine left alone (I think I broke all of them at least once, exept for the big one...)
As long as it doesn't swell badly, bleeds or your toes point in a different direction than normal, you could ignore it (and use some walking sticks)
Then again, I'm no doctor, it's just what I usually do...

well i cant move them alot but i can a little. they move really slow compared to the other foot and i have a sort of limp when i walk. my. its about the same ammount of pain when i move it as it did when i moved them on thursday. and it doesnt help that im clumsy and keep stubbing my toes but not as hard, thank god. ill proboble be sitting here all day so ill make sure to keep updating the status of my toes....
good news. though really painful, i can get my shoes on! thats a sign that its probobly not serious! yay! i hate doctors. cuz i think i had a sadistic doctor when i was getting my shot when i was 6. she was SCARRY. even scarrier than my mom when she wants me to clean my room.

that is far from the truth i had a fractured arm and left it alone did regular activities with it and because i ignored it my arm is perminatley damaged to the point that i can not even hold it out straight or have too much pressure on it without an absurd amount of pain but from all 6 times i have broken bones it does not sound like a break or fracture i have also slammed my feet into many things and the pain even without a break can be there for about a week
