I've been looking for this particular manga for ages. I've read it a long time ago and want to re-read it again.

All I remember was the ending (somewhat): a child is playing in the playground and mothers around are wondering who the parents of this beautiful child are. Then mc comes to pick up the child and everyone is surprised by how beautiful the mother is. Then husband comes to greet them or it was both parents coming to pick the child up. I don't know if she or the husband is a famous model or something.

I think the story is about and unpopular and "ugly" girl and a handsome and popular boy (maybe famous too?)
