The uke (teacher... I think ) who is older than the seme (student) confessed to the seme. I think the seme said no( if though he liked the uke too) and then the uke got like a makeover (cuts his hair short). There was this scene where it was raining and the seme was running after the uke and when he turns the uke around he is suprised by how he looks. The uke's umbrella falls down and then the seme confesses his feelings.

I don't think it was exactly like this, anything similar to this could be what I am looking for.
