Nothing really happen here, typical Kubo pace one chapter at a time
So yeh Ichigo didn't recover his bankai but covered himself with his fullbring just like his bankai.
The two guys will (really can't remember the name of both) fight next chapter maybe? or in 10 chapters. This is Kubo were talking about

Once again we have Ichigo and his massive power fluctuation. In no time at all he's basically recreated his shinigami powers from his fullbring. And then in the same chapter he's gunned down by the villain and made to look useless..........again.
The only good thing was finally seeing Chad blow something up. Oh and Ichgio finally realising that the reason his friends were keeping the truth from him was so to protect him. Remember Ichigo you did the same thing to your friends before?

If Ichigo's hollow pops up and takes him over, and causes Ichigo to become the next Aizen, or whatever that super-villains name was, well, that would be pretty interesting. Not gonna happen....

Bleach has become utter crap after Aizen got defeated. I mean, yeah, it wasn't really great before that, but at least it was cohesive. This is just some Oh!Great copycat we're reading right now. All of this (Fullbring, Tsukushima) is irrelevant.

I don't even know why i'm still reading it, it's not like i totally hate it or so into it, it's just that reading Bleach has become a force of habit 😢
And for a manga that was once rated as one of the best shonen manga around it really is a sorry sight to see Bleach being treated the way it is nowadays.
I'd recommend Kubo Tite to go on a soul searching expedition or something, take like a couple of month off and go somewhere find new material, hell took a year long sabbatical for all i care if that'll what it takes to make it great again 😃
