hi im finding a manga that i read a long time ago,
the mc meets a boy in the country side(he was in a vacation) and when she move in tokyo she met him again, they are studying in the same school and the mc finds out that the boy already have a gf.
the boy and his gf are both hospitalized when they were young and they had another friend who died and ever since then the boy and his gf couldn't break up because of the guilt
