What shounen anime or maybe manga would you like to have as a Live action-Movie?~

The fact that they're gonna make a DBZ movie cracks me up. I'll go see it to see how bad it is. Isn't Gravitation shonen-ai? How exactly is that shonen. Anyway my personal opinion is live action sucks if it's based off a manga/anime or a cartoon/videogame (ie. Mario Bro's movie, Resident Evil etc).

Gravitation is not shounen. It's BL/shounen-ai/yaoi. I fail to see how it would have young boys as a target audience.

I think the only way a live action could be pulled off is if the anime/manga is a "slice of life" type. Most shounen are not, though.

I can't think of any that I would like to see a live action version of. Like, I loved the Prince of Tennis anime/manga, but to be honest, the LA movie wasn't good. So I'm not sure if I'd want to see more.

Although they're Seinen, Higurashi and 20th Century Boys both have upcoming live action movies in Japan (in fact 20th is a trilogy).

I sort of think Doubt (TONOGAI Yoshiki) would make a good premise for a movie.

Full Metal Panic would make for a dope ass movie....

I thought about it, Rurouni Kenshin would be awsome. A One piece live action is do-able too, and interesting. Flame of Recca (I would love to see that!)
But most of all, like I said b4, a live action Fullmetal Alchemist movie would be so kickass!!!

I agree(quoted again for even more emphasizing effect), there aren't many live action that are worth mentioned. One might argue that Great Teacher Onizuka live action was great, yeah i thought the same too cause i watch the live action first. But when i read the manga and watch the anime which was like twice funnier and whackier than the live action version, all the glory of the GTO live action went spoof! just like that.

Well anyway, i think that's the best they can do when they try to adapt the manga into live action it was a commendable effort though 😃 . Can't wait to see how the live action for Dragon Ball Z going to come out, 80% of my instinct tells me it's gonna sucks big time 😢 (there goes another live action down the drain)
