There is a manga that I read about 2 years ago that I am trying to find. What I remember about this manga is below:

It is about a boy (uke) who goes to work at a house as a caretaker. He is hesitant to work there, but after meeting the man he will be spending time with, he changes his mind. The man who he goes to spend time with is younger, but bedridden. I am not sure if it ever says what is wrong with him.... The boy ends up falling in love with the man and I believe they end up kissing. After some time passes, the man tells the boy to not come back (either this or the boy gets upset and doesn't come back). When the boy finally decides to come back, he meets with the man and see's that the man is up and walking. The boy finds out that the man he was taking care of actually died and the man he saw who he thought was that man, was actually the mans twin.

I know that was kind of all over the place... It has been a while since I have read the manga so my memory of it is kind of blotchy. I REALLY hope this is enough information for someone to know what this manga is called.
