Study? I've stopped studying for exams when I started High School.

I take it you're really smart than. 🤨

Not really...I just hate studying 🤣

I just take what I can get from lectures.

Same here.

Unfortunately my mind has recently started to wander in lectures too...
I see a bad moon rising...
Well it's the opposite for me. I only study because during lectures my mind always wanders off. Learning about the human body isn't as fascinating as it sounds. 🤨

Quote from Hermit-chan

I hate cooking but I have to cook to FEED myself. Sometimes I missed my mom's cooking. I bet you do too. 😛

Looks like it's hard to find halal food there. Poor Hermit-chan.

My schedule atm:

8:10: Enter the lab. Work, work, work

Afternoon:
1:30: Pray. Llunch
2:00: Again work, work, work

Evening:
5:10: Get out from lab. Finished work for the day. Pray.
5:30: Manga, internet or sport. Depends on the mood.
7:30: Pray. Dinner. News.

Night:
9:00: Pray. Work, manga, movies, internet, or hang out with friends (here we call it 'lepak')
2:00: Sleep.

Weekends:
Either 'lepak' or Magic The Gathering.

Wake up around 7am (time varies around here)
7am - brush teeth, shower, change, eat, prepare for rest of day
8am - leave for school when done, no one cares if I'm late
3pm - school ends, so play tennis or go to friend's house or go home
4pm - if at home, free time (manga, chat, gaming, etc.)
6pm - arrive home from tennis/friend's house, start/continue free time
8pm - dinner, then free time or homework
1pm - finish homework and sleep

Weekend
Wake up around noon-ish unless I have plans
Do whatever I want or go where I have to go
7pm dinner unless I'm out
Do whatever I want after dinner/coming home
Sleep
Finish homework at school

Starting my (high school) day with teacher's aide makes life easy.

7:50 Start to wake up, getting odd dreams about power failures that have turned off the alarm clock or general "Oh no I've overslept!" feeling.

8:00 Alarm radio goes on, I realize that everything is fine and start warming up the systems. And getting annoyed to wake up early because I'm going to take a driving exam early in a week.

8:15 I get up and roll over to the computer chair or go drain the systems. Then check up various things that needs to be done in the morning.

Might eat something if I'm too hungry, otherwise I wait until ~14:00-18:00 when there's dinner served (Yeah, not really regular times... If there even is a dinner that day, you never know)

~23:00 Start thinking about going to bed, or watching a movie to get drowsy.
~00:00-03:00 Finally asleep.

Horrible day of nothingness 🤢 Usually I'm on night time, but working on my driving license atm and that is on daytime 🙁 Still have to turn back the waking up to 06:00 for the exam, kudos to my teacher booking it in on the worst possible time >:-(

I'm not going to give an in-depth description cause it varies from day to day.

@ Luna - Christ you get the least sleep of anyone i've ever known. If I sleep < 5 hours a night I build up a 'sleep debt' I slept 14 hours the next day. (need average of 8-9 hours sleep).

A bunch of you Pray, what do you pray for? Maybe I should take it up!

Uhm, so my day? The most planned things I do are either

a) going to a course/volunteer work etc

b) Eating, I make sure I plan and eat my set meals. It's important to me. (I get moody when I don't eat enough).

Other things I'd normally do in 'free time', would be; Reading manga, Chatting/ranting, Researching on the net, Playing games (i'm playing Fate-stay/night visual novel), occasionally I would read parts of a book, Anime watching sometimes. I'm surprised how much time I kill just from chatting/listening to music or web-surfing.

There is probably more stuff to say but you probably don't wana know the specifics ero ero

The weekends lately are hell boring, I can barely motivate myself to get up.

edit:

Learning about the human body isn't as fascinating as it sounds. roll

You make it sound like sex ed! lol

Yess!! There's only 3 specialised shops (only ONE muslim shop) that sell Halal meat..and they dont even sell BEEF.

I cant even eat take-outs unless it's halal kebabs, vegetarian or fish and chips...

and btw, it's so cool that we almost have the same routine, only that I dont socialise with RL friends!! 🤣

It's normal for muslims to pray 5 times a Day.

I see ^^ unaware of the details. So what do they pray for 🤢 is there a set thing you pray for? Like 'thanks for food' or something? or what. I'm just curious!

>>Like this video.

Only that, women wear a special robe when they pray.

Everyone says that...but at least I try to make it up during the weekend. 3hrs is enough for me... 😛

I wanted to ask the same! I pray before I go to sleep but I'm sure my prayers are different from you guys. They always end up in, "Please don't let any cockroach/insect climb up my bed, and please don't let me dream of clowns..." But I do say thanks for my food and family so it all evens out. 😃

Alright. This is off the topic. But since you are interested to know about Muslim's pray, I'll tell you the general idea. The one that was shown in the video by Hermit-chan is a praying called 'Solat' (So-lat) or 'Solah' (So-lah), which is a MUST for Muslim's to complete 5 times a day. There's Subuh (dawn), Zuhur (afternoon), Asar (evening), Maghrib (sunset), and Isyak (night). We also has the prayer like before eating or before sleep. This one is called 'Doa' (Do-a). Yeah, I know what you are thinking. That's just how it is.

Hope you understand my explanation. I hope other Muslim's member of MU correct me if I'm wrong.

On free days:
1.Wake up (11:30)
2.eat (11:30-11:45)
3.spending my time reading manga the rest of the day

And I also have to pray five times a day. A prayer doesn't take more than 5 minutes. So it takes 25 minutes per day.

Yeah I know I have lots of free time 😛
I am just enjoying my time until I graduate from school.

I don't have a routine because they get old and boring. Not to mention... I just don't have the ability to stay on a schedule... or to even make one. My day is basically up in the air. There's only three things I do that happen every day - shower, eat (a lot), and work.

Yeah, after three months of following the same routine it gets kind of boring and tiring, but I'm scared to change anything now, which is bad since the game season is starting soon. It took me a week to write down a damn routine, but it took me a month to actually follow it...>_>

6:30am - 7am : go running and walk the dogs
7am - 12pm : try and go to sleep, be lazy.
12pm - 12:30pm : eat lunch with the dork
12:30pm - 3pm : try to sleep or paint or be lazy
3pm - 3:15pm : go cycling
3:15pm - 3:30pm : shower
3:30pm - 6pm : try to sleep or be lazy
6pm - 8pm : eat dinner and watch tv
8pm - 8:30pm : get ready for work
9:30pm - 2am : work
2:30am - 6:30am : sleep or do things.

Now you've been enlightened. My schedule on the weekend is really different though. I only get to spend about 4 or 5 hours at home. But it fluctuates by circumstance.
