I need help I read this yaoi oneshot a while ago but I can't for the life of me remember what it was called...

The oneshot was about this guy who was in love with a nobleman, so he invites the guy to his house to go hunting. The nobleman (guest) gets in an accident, so the guy takes him to his home to recover. The guy the fakes the nobleman's death and keeps him hostage in his house, as his secret lover.

That's all I remember about the plot, please help!

I believe it's a oneshot from Myuzu no Gakuen de Aou,  Areno no Gotoku (Like the Barren Wasteland). 😃
