Nope I don't want to read hentai cause I'll probably think perverted things when i'm reading manga from then on. I just used porn to show how uncomfortable it would be for me since uh I don't know it's so hard to explain I just never like doing stuff with my mother that are more things for young people I guess or things that people my age enjoy. I guess it's cause my mother is about 50 years old so its awkward. Too large an age gap. Well my father is 61 and I guess it is not uncomfortable with him cause once I got him to watch hajime no ippo cause he loves boxing and he kinda liked it but he doesn't really watch much tv anyways. Why are my parents so old? They were irresponsible, a completely terrible example for their children. Spend your younger years travelling and partying and then finally decide to have children once you're worn out. Psshh. But what's done is done all you can do is learn from their mistakes and improve every generation. The way to go is to have children young, ship em off to boarding school and read manga and watch anime all day long with no kids in the house. See the improvement from the earlier generation. 🤣

What's wrong with Vista besides it being made by Microsoft? The graphics you get when you run things with it is amazing! 😀 I'm still using XP BtW...but my roommate has Vista because he's a computer science major so he got it for free

Okay I haven't used it since I tried out the beta but my friend told me the beta was just like the released one save a few fixes and such. Yeah the graphics are gonna be better cause you need really good hardware to run vista. If you were to take the same computer from your fiend and just take off vista and put on xp you would have a better overall experience apart from the appearance upgrade a lot of things haven't had anything changed. I'm not a mac freak either but vista is definitely not worth the price tag. Definitely not.

Wow, this topic has turned out to be fun and interesting!

What is it about the show Heroes that so many of us like? (other than its just awesome!) Is it just because its Fantasy/Sci Fi?? And a good plot with twists and turns.

I also watch Avatar: The Last Airbender (and have some of the DVDs - fairly cheap at Walmart), I just haven't watched it in a while because I wasn't seeing any new episodes. I also watched Oban Star Racers when that came out. That was kind of recent. Are there any other anime-ish English cartoons?

Well, theres Teen Titans, which i think was pretty good, although it seems like it was aimed at a younger age group as it seems to contain less well... adult... concepts (and im not talking about anything ecchi, i just mean that its too kiddy)

By the way, heardtheowl, are you trying to say that guys overall can not be mature? I believe that is a stereotype forced upon us by the growing amount of male horn dogs that seem to be most of the internet popolation. Those bastards are making guys all over the world look bad! Especially in IRC...

Exadra we've gone too far off topic now. I see that you are a first time poster. You should also post your info too. On the off topic note I completely agree with you on the horndog thing and in IRC they are rampant. That's probably one of the reasons there is so little chatting in irc channels (at least the ones I go to). However I don't think heard the owl meant any disrespect that was just her personal opinion (however she came to see that stereotype). I also thought manick was a girl at first mainly because well he doesn't get too involved in posting most of the time so it is hard to judge by the way he writes. So I was probably influenced by the avatar but then when I had seen quite a few posts from him I realized he was a guy pretty quickly. So don't be too harsh on heardtheowl. If you are going with children's cartoons (excludes futurama and southpark and such) the greatest cartoon would be invader zim hands down. 😛
