Hey, I'm pretty new here.

I'm looking for a manga that is about one low-self esteem secondary school girl. She got a lip gloss from a mail and when she try it on, her personality changes to be confident and stuff (totally opposite of what she is).
I'm not quite sure, but i think she's spoted and become an idol or something like that

I read it about a year ago and really want to finished it. And i'm pretty sure that it's shoujo.

I think she is chose to be #1 street idol (i dont really know how to say...it's like she got spotted on the street to be the cool kid or sth like that. and got taken a photo to put into a magazine. If you understand what i mean)
I think she also tries to confess to one guy but does not have enough courage and also another girl is always picking on her.
