Is there romance in this?
From the description, tags, and reviews, I can't really see how or where. Is this a case of a "could be, maybe" romance type of thing? Or is there a full-blown romance storyline brewing/happened?

Yes there is romance, but the romance is not normal. Don't read this for the romance.

There is DEFINITELY romance.
And you CAN read this for the romance (albeit slow BUT once they show they're VERY EXCITING! XD)
This can pass as a romantic comedy, but its quite...different, the way it goes.
