older man with young woman with twist?

hey friends!!!
okay so i kno the older man and younger woman thing is a little old, fun, but old. BUT!!! i was kinda looking for something specific, actually two scenarios:
-
the guy is a LOT older, as in gramps older (but charismatic and attractive), and the girl isnt in highschool but a young in her twenties kinda woman.
-
relationship b/w and older man and younger female (usual office guy and high school girl kinda thing) but i want it to be developed. specifically, where the girl goes through a LOT of relationship problems where he gives her advice, all the while liking her and at the end after EVERYTHING they end up together. something epic like that.

I haven't read the manga, but the dorama version of Hotaru no Hikari is similar to #2 -
they work in the same office & he's her boss, probably 10+ years older, & helps her out a lot; basically he's a best friend to her & by the end (of the dorama....) they both realize they love each other. So, it might be worth a try...

i tried to read this but it was just TOO slow a development for me. and in the end, I don't think they REALLY ended up together. anyhow, thank you for the suggestion
