looks ghey
Ragnarok 1 was ghey, u have to pay to play a 2bit sprite game? nu uh... (even privies are kinda suck)
Although ragnarock 2 is a huge upgrade on 1, it seems to me to be another grind for 8hours type MMORPG.
EDIT: Basically I compare everything to games like WoW and EQ2, LotRO and for a P2P game those games just dont match up.

Most MMO's I play for like a month then stop. Mostly because you have to be at a pretty good level in order to start having real fun (where they enemies are difficult enough and you have a god amount of skills to use), and/or it takes forever just to get a single level. To any of you game makers out there, if your ever going to make an MMO please make it easier to level, I don't want to spend over an hour of grinding to get one freakin' level.

I used to play Ragnarok a lot, back when it was the only mmorpg available in my country. I had fun, I made a lot of friends (who have now become IRL friends)... but now that I look back at it...I realize how much time I've wasted playing such a pointless game. It was all just hack and kill, rinse, repeat, gather items to be stronger, then get pawned by infinitely stronger people who have apparently spent 24/7 in front of the PC (which is also true for 90% of all mmorpgs). I could've used all those hours upon hours of playing to do something more productive with my life. That's one year of my life I can never take back.
edit
And I think Gravity's timing is totally wrong in releasing this game. Ragnarok is outdated now, most of their fanbase has moved on to other MMOGs. Why did they wait so long to release this, I wonder? Screencaps of Ragnarok 2 has been out since 3 years ago. That's a very long wait, especially for gamers, who aren't known to have long attention spans. They should've released this one or two years ago when it would've still mattered.

You made my day, thank you sir!
