I like Toriko, Bleach, Hajime no Ippo etc. I don't like reading random groups releases but since I have them in my list I see a bunch of past chapters and stuff show up. I'd like to just add MangaStream's group so when they make a release it shows up with an icon(like my reading list)

Similarly Kibitou4Life has been releasing a bunch of great Infinite Stratos DJ. Of course I can't add these to my reading list because they're one shots and the names change from DJ to DJ. If I could instead add the group to a list with an icon I'd easily know when they made a new release.

With these two different but similar reasons in mind, I'd love to be able to add Scanlator groups to a list of some sort such that an icon appears on the releases page next to releases by groups I have selected.
