The sypnosis of the manga was probably that the mc is able to interact with ghosts and supernatural stuff, and treats them like they're not ghosts. Ghosts become not hostile after interactions and assists mc with daily stuff

The mc drives at night, then a ghost suddenly appears to scare him. The ghost is in a bridal wear and has a wide open mouth. After some interaction (not sure if I recall correctly), we discover that the ghost died from suffocation. Some time before, there was this newlywed, they got exited while driving. The bride went to give the groom a bj, then they crashed. Bride died that day, and now haunts that road. Not sure what happened to the groom though.
