What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

Hello I would like to know if there are people who knew the site sailormoon.com an old forum that closed in 2008 and I wanted to know if there are former users who used to know if it was good ?
