Looking for any manga that give the feeling like anime 5 cm/sec.

Hoshi no Koe
Kumo no Mukou, Yakusoku no Basho

These are two manga adapted from Shinkai Makoto's works. That's all I can say because your request is too far generic. It'd be too subjective to try to tell other titles imho.

Have you watched "The Girl Leapt Through Time".
"Grave of the Fireflies" was also very good.

Of course, the other 2 Shinkai pieces are the best choices, as they are also about distance, though from less realistic perspectives (Hoshi no Koe is still somewhat underdeveloped and Kumo no Mukou is the ideal conclusion rather than the real)...

Yesterday wo Uttate would probably be something you would enjoy.
