I recommend Dennou Coil, though it may be slightly less...serious than the series that you're used too. It fits more into the "slice of life" genre--the story progresses at a slow but pleasant pace, mainly focusing on the characters as they grow up. The setting can be downright funky at times, possibly even reaching Hayao Miyazaki levels of fantasticality. The theme of the series is AR (augmented reality), which the characters can access through special glasses. They literally pull keyboards up in midair and engage eachother in AR hacking battles.

Unfortunately, no one has picked up the Dennou Coil manga for translation so you'll have to settle for raws. But if you have time, a 24 episode anime series out complete with english subtitles. Check it out if you're interested!

dengeki daisy It doesn't have a conspiracy "motif" that bloody monday has but one of the major characters is a hacker.

lost+brain deals with hypnosis rather than hacking, but its one of those conspiracy mangas like bloody monday and death note
