Now that I think about it, I bet that all of Japan's opponents are gonna be from Eurasia until they face America.

Yeah.. Militaria? I would have expected a bit more creativity from the mangaka. Though I was quite shocked to see Finland there too. I mean, if I'm not mistaken Finland probably the world's worst American football country ever. But I'll look forward to seeing or hearing how Finland fares in the tournament 😀

ha, SOUTH KOREA surprised me. but i guess if japan can have a globally recognized youth football team then south korea can have it too.

south korea should be the dark horse, plus it'll be nice to see who the best team in asia is. pity they have to go up against the us.

I can see the tournament turning out very similar to the Kantou Tournament. The Japanese team will face several hardships but overcome them with new techniques. There'll be a dark horse team with some secret weapon amazing player. There may be some surprise upsets but we'll just have to wait and see. And no word on the bandage guy yet.
