No, you can't read manga here online, and you're not supposed to ask for downloads. The FAQ is to your right.

To download, you find the series (either under releases or series info) and the group(s) doing that project will be there on the series' web page. Click the group's name, and you get their forum, website, etc. from which you can get what you want.

You know, red letters usually mean something important...
