This manga I remember some of the plot but not the title.

This female character was in an accident and missed a bit of school, and the day she returns is the day a new teacher shows up (he's a novelist of some kind). He's taking care of his brother's son because his brother and his brother's wife both died in a car accident. (The wife either had a transfusion or there was a transplant into the female character.) He wants her knowing she has his brother's wife's something, as a babysitter for his nephew. I know this nephew has some kind of ability to send her to the past (into a dog, or into another person). Help please!!
