I read this manga/manwha a few years back where the theme of the manga was these women who were hiding their true identities/personalities for guys they've fallen in love with.

The first was about this woman who pretends she's the perfect wife who's really good at housework and is harmless, but she's hiding from her husband that she's the leader of a mafia/gang? When she needs to prepare dinner for her and her husband, she makes the members of her gang do it for her Lol

And I remember one of the other couple pairs, the girl works at her cafe.
