Rain manga update?

I'm not really sure where to put this, but in my reading list, Rain is listed to be scanned up to Chapter 134, when on the actual manga page, it says that it's only scanned up to Chapter 34? Is this a bug?
EDIT: Shoot, I just saw the pinned post about manga list bugs. Not sure how to delete this topic/post though....
