I know this is definitely something you do not see in most anime, but are there any instances of anime out there with two women in a cat fight? Meaning no guns or weapons or anything. Just good old fashioned hair pulling, slapping, etc. My curosity peaked a bit after I saw this clip.

You might wanna check out Girls Bravo (anime).
The anime is ok if you want to watch it whole, if you're only looking for your catfight, it's season 2 episode 2 (the whole episode is dedicated to catfights 😀 )

Theres one in Soul Eater where a Purple head witch is on top of a pink headed girl. people (mostly men) were watching on.

In Black Lagoon there's a fight like this Revy vs a maid , I think she was called Roberta, but it's more punching then slapping, really funny though 😀
