Looking at several scenes, there is some fight with MC and males. Mostly Ecchi, I never read from the start and the title makes me think that this manga is in gender bender category

I think gender-bender as a tag/genre are meant to show a different point of view(a point of view that is obvious to one gender but not the other) and the audience is supposed to learn something
sometimes it's a common trope that the other sex refuses to fathom as being real, and I appreciate the realization that comes naturally from seeing the character demonstrate their experience with my own eyes.
I find it more organic than a sledgehammer sermon.

when I saw Your Name I was more than a little disappointed at the MC's gender swap and them learning absolutely nothing about their love interest; other than lulz I have boobs now.
