Otaku is like this nerdy creature that is obsessed with mangas. Manga freaks or anime freaks. They often live in their own dimension of illusion and fantasizes about anime characters.

Yeah I remember seeing your site before chueisha. It was shoujo style ne? Can't remember the thread the link was in. Oh well.
As for otaku the word is now used to mean a person who is overly obsessed with something particularly anime and manga but the origin of the word is a lot more derogatory and way darker. Here's the wiki page:[url] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Otaku[/url]
