Would you recommend COD Modern Warfare 2 or Black Ops for XBL multiplayer? Theyre both around the same price and the store has a no-return policy if i buy a new game, and i never trust pre-owned games lol >>.

Black Ops is the greater multiplayer experience. It favours skill, weeds out annoyances and gives everyone a relatively level playing field. However, I find the weapons system to be.... unsatisfactory. For example, take the MP5 sub machine gun. It’s a horribly overpowered, stupidly ranged and recoil-free piece of sh*t.
Not that MW2 has such a great weapons system, but I find it better than Black Ops.

However, Black Ops has a much more advanced customization system, and takes away a lot of the cheap tricks you find in MW2 multiplayer.

Overall, I prefer Black Ops, but thats just me. (Also, I don't use XBL, I use PSN or PC multiplayer, so that may not be helpful)
