hi, I want to read a manga, where this scene is: one guy gets raped (not almost). an other guy finds him, or saves him (but after the rape) and takes him home. I mean take home in the good way, to take care of him. The one that gets raped might be unconscious at the time the other one comes (that would be even better).

The guy that takes him home doesn't have to be his partner later. They can know each other from before, but don't have to. the rape scene doesn't have to be shown. the raped guy can't get together with the rapist.
