Read this some time ago: It's about an author (?) who meets a guy at one of those group dates, I think they go out after that, and he was some kind of doctor. I do remember that one of her friends (in the same field of work as she) also starts dating a guy that works at a book store. The male protagonist lies about his ex, and she shows up and causes a drift in their relationship.

I get the feeling I'm confusing to different mangas here...
