I like strategy games even though I'm not very good at them.

rpgs by far, fps second

I like any game with a sandbox style gameplay. 1st person shooters with large maps, flight sims and baldur's gate style rpgs come to mind. My favorite of course is the GTA series.

I like RPGs and platforming.

Voted for RPG. Mostly traditional Eastern style RPGs, also some action-RPGs (though all RPG genres are fine).

Second comes visual novels.

Third is action games, mostly platform, then fighting and action-adventure.

Lastly, I also like some tactical shooters and stealth games.
