I am looking for boy X man (yaoi or shounen ai) manga
I have very important conditions please:

1. The man is above 28 and the boy is in school age under 16. I don’t care very much about the ages mentioned because most of the pairs I found have big age difference but are similar in height and features. What matters to me is the art. It should reflect the age gap.

Esteban & Mendoza from MCoG are good example for what I am looking for.

2. No happy dumb characters! Both should be smart and serious, both are stoic and hide their feelings.

3. The boy starts the relationship and it takes the man time to accept his feelings. After bonding, the boy obeys the man because he is a little bit controlling.
   I searched a lot and the closest I found was Shinobu and Miyagi from JR because Shinobu started it. However, as you see: It is not the man x boy type I seek and just in little time, we see them in bed.

I listed my 3 conditions by priority. I would love to find a mange that qualifies all of them but I can skip the last one because I know it is hard to find.
