So this is all about those scenes that are just painful to watch, whether it's cuz of intense violence/brutality, a really sad scene, or its just plain disgusting.

I'd have to say the scene in the anime Yu Yu Hakusho when Yusuke has to take in the Spirit orb. And most of the scenes in Ichi the Killer were pretty hard to watch.
