Synopsis: Created by the acclaimed author of Parasyte and nominated for the Osamu Tezuka Cultural Award, Historie tells the life story of Eumenes of Cardia, who went to become Alexander the Great’s principal secretary and archivist. The story thus far concentrates on Eumenes’ younger years (about which nothing is known), tracing his life from boyhood to his first encounter with Alexander the Great.

Hitoshi Iwaaki had been working on the manga’s concept since before he became a professional manga artist. His bold and engaging portrait of a man who was far ahead of his time brings new perspective to our understanding of Eumenes’ character, his way of thinking, his achievements and his legacy.

I'm not lying when I say it's awesome, it truly is. If you don't believe me, then you should try it:

Unfortunately, the scanlations only go up to volume 4 because Kotonoha only uses tank scans. However, there are about 10 more chapters right now currently untranslated because of that. If anyone would volunteer their time to translate this series, I'm sure me and hundreds of other fans would be quite grateful.
