I'm looking for a side story in a yaoi high school manga I read a while back, where there was a blond(?) guy who always carried a notebook around that he wrote in, and he was friends with a sporty(?) guy who was possibly the main character's big brother. It turned out that the blond guy had amnesia, and he wrote stuff in the notebook so he would remember people and how to get home etc. Anyone know which manga this is? Thanks.

Don't really remember about a sport guy, nd things like this but i definitly have read a manga with a guy who have amnesia and write evry things in a book so he would'nt forget i thinks ? oh well i'm not ure because it's been so long so try :
