I find the super air-headed characters hilarious, like Hakufu in Ikki Tousen, Yoshiko in Aho Girl, Shera L. Greenwood in How Not to Summon a Demon Lord, the senpai in Tejina-senpai, Hitamuki in Immoral Guild, and so on.
