Do you think people who have committed terrible crimes should be terminated?
I personally think we should give everyone a second chance. I believe everyone can change. While it is regrettable that a person had to die, but killing another can't being that person back.

yea i think its a repated thread cant find it though either way all i gota say is death penalty isnt about an eye for an eye nor about wether the person can change or not (they cant even less in prison where you have to be hardcore just to not get in a fight every day) its about the person who commited the murder and the threat they pose to society ex. ignorant mofos killing people over money, chains, cars, or any other pety crap they want you really think that they wouldnt do it again if they want to theyve done it before and probability is theyll do it again for the same reason thats why we got limits on the death penalty i.e. you cant get the death penalty for manslaughter and why we classify murder in many different ways (speaking about the U.S. ofcourse not sure on other countries) all in all hell yea i believe that people who take anothers life with malicious intent deserve to die if not he has the possiblility of killing more its like the age old question if you can go back in time and kill baby hitler would you?

When I think of the fact it's possible for people like Albert Fish, Gertrude Baniszewski, Josef Fritzl, and family like this to exist I can't help but think they are beyond redemption and deserve death and even extreme torture. They are like a virus in society.

true some are crazy and don't "deserve" to be forgiven, but the thing is we must at least try.
Maybe some of the people that did it just don't have a sense of right or wrong, are you going to condemn some one for a crime that others "made" him/her do?

dont know what you mean there if your trying to say that if someone was forced to kill someone else or they die we would kill them that just wont happen there are limits to the death penalty again we (U.S.) have a system to define murders. and fyi people forced to commit crimes do infact get condemned.

I'm sorry, I'm all for the death penalty. And before you give me your "second chances" crap, have the PERSON YOU LOVE MURDERED and then look at their KILLER in the EYE. Just LOOK at them. And then tell me about second chances. >:-(
