Please help me find this yaoi manga I'm so sorry 😢

The story happens in a town that is divided into a West Side and an East Side, and one side is under the protection of the uke's group and the other side the seme's. Uke likes seme because seme protected him in the past and inspired him to become courageous and fight for justice. Uke has a kind and gentle nature and he shows it to everyone but seme - he fanboys over seme but once seme is there he would talk smack (I'd say our uke is a massive tsun), which leads to seme thinking he was hated and distancing himself. But after seme got into trouble uke went and saved him and then seme starts to notice uke's good nature and likes uke back.
Also if I recall their physiques correctly, they both have well-toned bodies and seme has black hair.
