There are certain mangas, that I will NEVER be interested in, and as this new and awesome feature for hide group is being implemented, could it be done to mangas and mangakas as well?

You can filter mangas that come up by using the "search by genre" option, that will help you exclude genres that you don't like.

Does it even work?
I tried randomly filtering groups and they still appear in the releases page.

Is it still causing problems for you? It will only filter a release if the only group working on it is a filtered group.

I'll be looking into this. A series filter probably definitely, and we'll see about mangaka.

It's actually in the User CP->Release Filtering

I have Futarikiri filtered and their releases still show up on the release page for me.
They are the only one who subbed a particular release "One Piece dj - Yuigon wa Iru ka" and it and other releases by them are still showing up.
No offense to that group at all. I only used you as a test since I'm not into yaoi excluding CD yaoi.

It doesn't seem to work for releases done by multiple groups, I still see mangastream+binktopia even though I filtered out both groups.
