K, so far the volume 14 has been delayed until further notice, but does anyone know the real reason for the delay? so far the only thing i have found is that the author has stalled the release for some reason.

Also i have read in some comments here and there that the volume 14 will come out at the end of May 2015, but i have not found the source of such news besides the comments which i found in different sites. That means that the news may be true, but anyone knows better??
