Hi everyone!

A while ago I read this manga about a guy who has a girlfriend, then got a visit from that same girlfriend but from the past. So the younger version of his girlfriend somehow traveled to the future, due to her father trying to make her happy because he has seen multiple versions of what may become of his daughter. There was a lot of nudity in this manga btw. and its already completed/

I forgot the title, though. Read it once and I want to read it again.. Can anyone help me with the title?

And, is there an anime version of it?
