Is it the action (of posting links to scanlation downloads) that you do not allow or is it the intention of doing so?
For instance, in a signature to an ordinary forum post one might put a link written in an other language, say in the BASE64 "language".

So in shrt (why is "short" longer than "long"? at least make them even), does an encrypted link count as a link?
