I'm looking for these shounen mangas that I used to read years ago...

The first one about a guy with a book collecting arcanas. I think his first arcana is the magician but I'm not really sure about it.

The second one is about a fairy boy with crystal wings accompanied by another guy. There are people hunting for them because it is said that a fragment of their wings will grant them happpiness.

The second one is Shounen Hakaryuudo, I think.

The first one sounds familiar too, but I can't place it at this moment.

The first one is probably Dokusai Grimoire.

Another, less likely, possibility is Kataribe no List, while an even more remote but still not wholly improbable option is Azuke Honya.

Neither of the two but they look interesting! I'll read them some time later

Okay, then. Could it be Tableau Gate?

The summary sounds similar but it says cards. I'm pretty sure that the arcanas return to the book and the setting is in Japan. Whew. This is hard. The first probably wasn't completely scanlated that's why its hard to find? But I could just be confusing it with some other manga. I'll go check it out later when our net connection gets better. We have really slow yet expensive net. > _ <

And here I thought, Shounen Hakaryuudo would be complete by now since it was still updating when I last read it. 🙁
