My account doesn't work. I had to make this one to post here. When I try to log in to my old account, Mari31, it says error, user can't be found. I try getting you to send me my user and password to my mail, but the can't find my user or account with the mail shows again.

I tried seeing if my account got deleted, and registered again with the same mail, but it says the mail already has an account.

I'm going in circles here. Please help.
