I am have been searching for a manga that I read a couple years ago. It was maybe an Attack on Titan yaoi doujinshi, but I can’t be 100% sure because I’ve never watched AoT lol.

The plot of the manga was that the MC was kidnapped and imprisoned by another guy that he knew. I remember the MC was forced to eat food that the kidnapper jerked off into. Time passing was shown by panels that had a simple “DAY 1” “DAY 5” “DAY 10” etc. At the end, the MC escaped because the kidnapper randomly left the prison door unlocked (probably on purpose). Then, when the MC saw the kidnapper again, he cried tears of joy because he had developed Stockholm syndrome. Overall, the atmosphere was really dark…
