Well I'm sure if you read Genshiken this will be a lot easier. A lot of the doujins in that manga are based around the character 'Captian' (I think thats her name). Anyways she's looks like a normal school girl but she has a helmet on. I saw her in a sig recently hope it will help. Anyways I remember it saying in genshiken somewhere that she was from a real manga so if you happen to know that would help.

Don't they call her the "President?", at least in the Del Rey manga. I heard about that too. But sorry, don't know if there's any that's out yet. I think they'll also make an anime of that?

there is actually a manga of kujibiki unbalanced, i remember reading some scanlated chapters.

If remember correctly its sort of like a manga within a manga. There are one or two animes series that have sprung from this "President" concept, but I'm 90% certain that they came about because of Genshiken. Same with the manga. Also I believe (although I don't know for sure cause I've never watched the Genshiken anime) that one or two of the Genshien episodes are actually random episodes of this unblanced or w/e anime, but its strange. I think I did a little looking into it before and all the animes series for unbalanced ran for about 12 episodes, but the episodes that were suppost to have been show for Genshiken episodes where episodes 20 somthing and 40 something. I could be wrong, but ya I'm pretty sure that yes, this "Captain" character exists, but only came about after Genshiken.
