I was reading a manga and then the scanlation group used this font, which I have been searching for forever ;-; and still no luck with finding the name of that font.
I've attached a picture, maybe someone out there knows the font and would like to help me. ?

According to WhatTheFont, it's Tally Text Bold 1.
