It's about a pair of twins who switch places for a while. One of them goes to a prestigious school and I think the love interest there can tell the two apart from early on but doesn't say anything. I have a feeling that an important scene takes place in the gym storage room but I'm not sure.
It's been a couple of years since I read it so forgive me for the lack of description xP
