Concrete example.
Latest Ousama Ranking chapter is 156 by Home Hero Scans.
But there are missing chapters 64 -155.
It'd be nice to have a solution to track when some someone scan the missing chapters.
Currently the reading list will just show update available if the chapter number is higher than 156. edit: Only if you set your read chapter as 156.
